My aim is to go into manufacturing of small electrical consumer items starting with suckets and plugs. What i need is someone who can give me a design that will conform to universal standards but unique in physical appearance. I have limited time to get an answer.

If you want designs that are "unique in physical appearance," you are pretty much constrained to building them around the standards for the spacing, length, etc...that would make them compatible with all other plugs and outlets. Once designed, it is a good idea to get them UL Approved.

There are no "universal standards" - if your target market is the United States, you would simply conform to American standards - there are different configurations, voltages and standards throughout the rest of the world.

no one is going to give you a design. designers expect to be paid for their work, they don't want to give it away for someone else to earn an income from.

a specification of merely looking unique is a poor one. does the design perform better than current designs, last longer, etc.
I would recommend you find a better business plan. you're setting yourself up for failure.
