If you are already thin, you should not be losing 10lbs. You should also not attempt to lost that much in 4 days - if you do, you're body will go in to shock mode, and store everything you eat as fat, as you are effectively starving it.
Lost weight sensibly. Exercise a lot to burn up our calories, build muscle tissue, to increase your metabolic rate and drink lots and lots of water.

You can't lose 10 pounds in four days if you are already thin. You may be able to if you starve yourself but that isn't even for sure and don't do it! If you starve yourself you will gain all the weight back plus more since your body will think it is in an emergency state. Starving yourself is not the answer and the weight that you do lose will come from your muscles and when you gain the weight back it will be stored as fat. The healthy weight loss rate is losing 2 pounds a week, not 10 pounds in four days.

The only way to surely lose that much weight in four days is to CUT it off and have horrible scars for your photo shoot.
If you are already thing then you have nothing to worry about.
And to lose that much weight in so short a time will only mean that you are putting your health at risk. What do you think it will do to your modelling career when you pass out in the middle of the shoot?

Have you not heard about all the models dying recently because they were starving themselves to be super skinny. A healthy time to lose 10lbs is 5 weeks and you want to lose it in 4 days? That's ridiculous. Get another job before you starve yourself to death. I'm not trying to get best answer here- I just want you to know what you are trying to do is STUPID and really unhealthy.
3500 calories = 1lb so if you don't eat for four days and burn off 8750 calories per day you should theoretically lose 10 lbs you damn moron.

10 pounds, in all seriousness, is not going to happen in four days. you can really pare down, however, by drinking a LOT of water. think 10 glasses per day. and try for around 1400 calories a day. and match your exercise level to your caloric intake. DO NOT starve yourself. it screws up you metabolism and does exactly the opposite of what you're trying to do.

Amputation is very effective, and about as healthy as any diet you're gonna hear about.
Doubly effective is amputation of both hands, which keeps you from putting food into your mouth.
Beyond that... get real.
ADDENDUM --
Having known a couple of models, I understand your situation. However, nothing is worth ruining your health and developing a really nasty eating disorder. Your binge dieting is very unhealthy, and it won't be worth whatever money you're gonna earn.

you'll lose something like 3-5 lbs if you just dehydrate yourself, but that's not recommended. pretty much anything you do to try losing that much weight in that few days would be unhealthy.
