I really want an SIMPLE and easy way to put my hair up in a ponytail with a poof in front. I have short bangs that go to the middle of my eye. Would that make it harder?
Also, a suggestion for porduct to use would be wonderful.

I think my bangs are probably a little bit longer than you've described yours, but I sometimes wear my hair the way you want yours, and this is what I do.
After blowdrying and straightening the hair, run a little bit of a product through your bangs (I use Garnier Fructis' surf hair). Then pull the hair so its standing straight up and use a comb to rat (push the hair down towards your scalp) in the back a little to create a bit of... well, frizz I suppose so that your hair will have the "poof". Use some hairspray on that section.Then genly comb through the section again and twist it back, leaving the "poof" in front and pin with bobby pins on each side.
I guess this may not sound that easy, but it really only takes a matter of minutes. Hope I helped!

Well as far a poof, you should while your hair is down and dry, get a curling iron that is at least a 1 inch barrel and on the top of your head seperate your hair into about 3 sections and curl them back, if you use any hairspray-make it very little. Then after you have curled you will need a pick comb- you can get at wal-mart a metal pick at one end and a comb at the other and tease your hair with the comb, you will NOT rat your hair, after you tease-and tease good- turn your comb around to pick your hair backwards on top of the tease"don't pick out your teased hair just the top layer of the tease" then put your hair up in a loose pony tail " now you take the back strand of your pony and wrap it around your pony tail as many times as you can until not much of your strand left and bobby pin whats left under your ponytail, hope this makes since, Good luck!

Mmm, teasing is undesirable purely as a lot as iorning... you are able to poof up the front like on your exhibit percentvia rather of poofing and teasing it to sit down down up, basically use lots of bobby pins to get it to 'sit down' up. miss all of your the front area, positioned your hair on the again in a severe pony tail, comb again the front and pull jointly the ends, twist and push it up so the front is comfortable yet poofy, then basically pin the twisted hair area into the again of your pony tail... have relaxing dancing!
