I've never been pregnant, but I've had those feelings where there's just something about today that makes me want to wrap my soft, sweet, loving, fingers around someones annoying, irritating, anger-provoking throat! It's just hormones. And you will probably have a lot of the ups and downs of those. Just breathe!!! There's something I learned a while ago and it totally works for things like this. It's a quote: "He who angers you, controls you." So if you don't want people to have control over you or to irritate you as much, just remember this and take a deep breath and then turn yourself the other way and begin to ignore! But breathing really does help too! Good luck!

For some women, normal pregnancy hormones can make them a raging b******. It's like 9 months of PMS on steroids.
Breathe deeply and understand that you need to control your anger because it's your hormones that are grating on your nerves, not the other people in your life. Apologize immediately after you have an outburst and thank your lucky stars if people put up with you. Beg your partner for his forgiveness.
Before you explode, ask yourself, "how important will this be in five years?".
Other than that, you have my sympathy. I had the same issues and yes, it's fairly common.

I work in a job where I have to be with people all the time. What I find helps is that when someone acts annnoying, I try to think about how I would want someone to treat someone I love who is being momentarily annoying. Counting to five before answering sometimes also helps me. Kind of corny, I know, but these help me. Best of luck with everything!

I would see a doctor and get some therapy before your child gets here because if you really are as impatient as you say, you could end up hurting your child or yourself.
I could tell you to count and count again, take deep breaths , find things to relax yourself-hot baths, good books, a great movie, conversations with friends, knitting, but really the most responsible advice is for you to get some professional therapy before you regret that you did not.

See your doctor, he may have a good tip for you or can refer you to a good counselor. Maybe you have some hyper-activity issues. Could also be a hormone imbalance. Good luck & Happy Holidays!
