No. During the Civil War, Robert E. Lee's Confederate forces never got any further north than southern Pennsylvania. Lee did go to West Point (which is in NY, about an hour north), but as another has correctly pointed out, it was a different Lee.

No, Fort Lee, New Jersey was named after Charles Lee, not General Robert E. Lee and it was not the fort that he stayed in during the winter.

i am not sure. but i know that the land that Arlington cemetery is on now was his land. it was taken after the war.
