Not really sure what you are asking but wattage = current x voltage so the wattage that you are trying to calculate will be current (in amps) times your 12 volts.

wattage is usually measured in units of time, such as kilowatt hours,amperage is a function of ohms law in that e=i x r or i=e/r or r=e/i etc. to correctly answer your question you have to ask yourself, additionally, for how long? as time is a critical part of any equation of relevance or importance ! OH, yeah, and what about resistance, and the prescence of antimatter.
