Okay. I am a 14 year old girl and even though i am underweight, i am way out of shape. How much jogging / situps / push-ups / pull-ups / anything else to get myself fit (and mabye even strong?) in only a few months?

Do a walk/jog program and work from there. go to www.runnersworld.com they have a program called smart coach you can design a training program and lots of tips for the beginner to the elite runner...also nutrition

See how many pushups you can do now. Say you can do 12. Tomorrow do 13. Do one more pushup every day. You can rest during the weekends and not add one more. During weekdays, add one more every day. Same with situps. IT doesn't take long or too much work. Jogging-jog for 30 minutes a day- jog to school if its far enough. Find some friends and jog together-don't stop until your goal is there.

Jog 3-5 times a day...

Do weight lifting & push ups every second day (muscle needs 1 day to tear and 1 day to heal)

you need to start out at a low number and build up. Sit your goal for each week to add extras of each work for that goal then reset for the next week till go think you are at the place you want to be. Good Luck
