Scientology, all of it. A sci-fi writer makes up a ludicrous religion and a bunch of wealthy, superficial people fall right into it. Makes you realize that pretty people probably have very low IQ's, which I use to think was just something jealous people said. But hey, maybe beauty really does cancel out brain cells?
