Yeagh push ups are good. They are good for the ligiments around the breast. You cant stop your boobs from sagging tho, once the damage is done you cant repair it im afraid. Surgery is the only option for this. And wearing a good bra thats supportive will prevent any more drooping.

You're joking, aren't you? Breast tissue, and specifically the ligaments which hold the breast in place (I think they're called Johnson's ligaments, believe it or not...vaguely remember reading that somewhere), can't be exercised to make it stay up. The more exercise of the running/jogging/bouncing about on a trampoline varieties that you do, the more gravitational pull you'll exert on them, and the more your breasts will sag over time. If you do exercise that builds and tones pectoral muscles, they'll stand out further from the ribcage, but this won't affect the magic ligaments, or the sagging, I'm afraid. Of course not breastfeeding might help - but then it wouldn't help the baby much. Creams, lotions and other costly rubbish do nothing either, because they have zero effect on those ligaments. The best thing you can do is not get fat, wear a really well-fitting bra (including a non-wired one when you sleep, according to the French) and not bounce about too much. And to be honest, stop worrying about it - in the history of the world many imperfect women have been loved by many imperfect men. And it may well continue for some time.

The most effective thing you can do, is to get yourself professionally fitted for the right size of bra.
Your body does adapt, and provide support to your breasts (particularly a keel-like ridge of cartilage attached to the front of your ribs, behind each breast), but as with any other body system, you have to 'use it or lose it'.
Most women adjust the straps of their bra too tightly, because they like a 'high & firm' look (which, incidentally, most men find phoney and offputting). This puts a lot of pressure on the shoulders, and prevents the natural support system from strengthening. 'Push-up' and 'balcony' bras also take too much of the weight away from the ribcage, so that the support system is deprived of exercise.
A properly fitted bra will allow the weight of your breasts to do some of the supporting, by letting your breasts flatten against your ribs a bit more. It will also allow them to sit a bit lower, but they will move south a lot less as you get older. (and a more 'natural' look really is much more attractive, unless you like the immature 'lad mag' crowd)
Unfortunately, a major contributor to 'sag' is weight loss; as you lose fat from the breast, it hangs lower inside the same amount of skin (sorry...). You can offset this effect by doing bulk-building exercises (low reps, heavy weight), to 'pad out' your chest with muscle replacing some of the fat you lose.
Building muscle all around your torso (sides & back) will help just as much as building it on your chest, and won't make you look 'unfeminine' unless you really overdo it .
The appropriate Gym exercises are the usual Bench Press, Pec Deck, Pulldowns, Seated Row (weights, not cardio rower), Flyes and Reverse Flyes.
You can get a very cheap home-exercise device, which is usually called a 'butterfly', that targets the part of your pectoral muscles immediately behind your breasts. It's like a big padded V-shaped spring; you hold the middle and squeeze the ends together with your elbows (it can also be useful for inner-thigh work at home). This will be useful as a back-up to the more general exercises, rather than on its own.

Surgery, to keep tightening up the skin and/or stuffing implants in to fill the skin more, as it stretches from gravity and age. Other than that, staying a healthy weight; weight gain adds to the fat which is the bulk of the breast and adds more weight onto the skin holding it up. Don't get pregnant, don't nurse babies (again, makes 'em larger, which pulls the skin more). Jury is out on if wearing a bra actually helps minimize sagging in the long run or not.

From what I know of the subject, gravity is your enemy and not age. If you want to keep them pert you should invest in a good sports bra when you're doing any form of activity. Since they're pretty much slapped onto the front of you with very little muscle integration I don't think excercise will help.
I understand the breast feeding will keep the underlying mechanics in good shape though, especially after you've had a baby.

Mustard is a secret bulge-buster. This boosts your metabolism and improves natural ephadrine, the hormone in which burns fat. According to Jeya Henry, professor of human nutrition with Oxford Brookes University, just a tablespoon inside your food can reduce a flabby waist by 20 %!

What? You want serious answers on here? I suppose you want miracles too? I'm afraid you wont get many serious answers, and you wont be able to stop your boobs sagging either. Go without a bra and gravity will work it effect over time. They're going to sag, nothing you can do about it.

Weights on each hand towards the front. Do 50 a day and it will help, but don't forget that breasts are made of fatty tissue, and when it is time to drop..... IT IS time for them to drop, it is called nature or in other words getting old.

Go bland. Plain, straightforward, unseasoned food such as smoked chicken, plain rice and a undressed baked potato are nutritious however your palette will tire of these quickly, unlike salty moreish processed food, which keeps you snacking and piling about the pounds.
