rocky is 3 feet and pecks the hell out of the guests wat should i do

I would think so, but why in the world would you give your bird steroids? And if he is pecking your guests you need to work with him behaviorally.

I don't think most cruelty to animal laws include birds. Avoid the steroids. Teach Rocky how to behave by having guests offer him his favorite treats.

first of all who or what is Rocky, do your guest try to tease him, this is a very open question with not much information to go on, the answer to the steroids question is NO unless given by a certified veterinarian

I do not know. Maybe if they had bird steroids. Normal steroids my harm your bird. why would you want to give Rocky steroids, wouldn't that make his bites harder, if Steroids is supposed to make him stronger?If thats the case, go see a bird trainer, or consulor, your local zoo can help you find one.

Its illegal to even HAVE them. So feeding them to your bird is not ok. Stop feeding them to him if you are. And if you have them get rid of them. Give up on them. And the steroids might make your bird get really sick. Get rid of the bird if he is to hard to handle and get a new one and start fresh! Bottom line is that its illegal to even own one, even if you arnt usaing it and isnt planning on it! So get them out of the house before you get arrested or you and your bird get hurt!!!!!!!

Depending on where you live, In New mexico and Louisiana it is legal to give them steroids, but that makes them meaner.
