Most companies that make the pills refer to them as"supplement dietary or vitamin pills". First thing you can so is to go to GNC store make sure the employee knows and able to answer your questions. Go to the grocery store healthy foods such as greens, fish, less meat II anyhow skinless chicken pieces, lime beans, fruits, and plenty of water. Exercise is very important in order to lose more weight and achieve your goal. Never skip breakfast even a cereal bar and a fruit or oatmeal can be great ideas for healthy breakfast. Another thing you can do is give up on a junk food item then don't eat after a certain time then gradually change it. Good luck

No, you shouldnt try a tablet... there are other things to help you not feel hungery all the time.
You can drink lots of water (6 glasses a day, or just constant have a glass of water around you and when it gets empty re-fill it).
Also, being on a low fat diet may be causing you to be hungry. You should try a low calorie diet instead... just eat all your meals on smaller plates to cut your cals in half.
avoid gaining weight by snacking on chips and chocolate late at night or beat the urge by snacking on popcorn, pretzels, fruit or veggies (which are all low in cal and low in fat- Chips are way too high in fat)

They have a lot of great things so check it out and see what you think. I take them and lost 8 lbs in one week and 20 lbs in one month and thats without exercise!!! God bless you and I wish you the best for your decision!!!

On the true appetite killer side, see if you can get a job assisting with autopsies. That should turn you off food unless it turns out to be your true calling. In any case, it would take your mind off food which is what you need to do. As your stomach shrinks, it will stop asking for food. The trick is to ignore it in the meantime.
