I think it would be impossible to be more than a prophet in Islam. This is because the nature of God, as viewed in Islam, is purely monotheistic. God is so wholly "Other" than human beings, and he cannot be reduced to human form.
So if you are asking, What would it take for a Muslim to accept someone as more than a Prophet, then the answer is, probably nothing.
