No, it will not give them worms. Read on for good info I got from the source listed.
Generally speaking, milk is not recommended for adult cats, as many of them are lactose-intolerant, and have problems digesting it.
However, If your cat is not throwing up or having diarrhea, your cat is probably okay with it. Some experts advise that cream is better than regular milk if you must give it to cats, probably because cream has less lactose than whole or skim milk. But again, a small amount of skim milk seems to be okay for your kitty, so I wouldn't worry about it.
Also, recently, several new lactose-free milk substitutes for cats have been developed, such as CatSip, which may also be found in some food stores and most large pet supply stores. If your cat enjoys milk, your cat may like these products too.
Hope this will ease your mind.

No, they gained't get worms. Cow's milk - the type maximum regularly given to cat's - is pasteurized to kill any micro organism or parasites that is contemporary. This better halves tale, i think, got here approximately by way of fact kittens are often born with, or presently after, get worms. If the mummy cat has inner parasites, it particularly is probable that she would be able to pass them onto her nursing youthful. Milk, even with the indisputable fact that, will supply them diarrhea. as quickly as a cat has weaned from it particularly is mom, it particularly is lactose illiberal. Milk is barely mandatory for toddler animals by way of fact they lack tooth - and a very functioning digestive equipment - to consume stable meals. It additionally delivers colostrum in the 1st few days after start - a non milk substance contemporary in mothers milk which will furnish foodstuff and antibodies to combat an infection. babies of all species have not got a very functioning immune equipment on the time of start by way of fact they have not been uncovered to something.

Only the mothers milk.
Dogs and cats are most commonly infected when they ingest (eat) intestinal worm eggs that have been passed through the feces of an infected dog or cat. Tapeworms can be transmitted to pets that ingest fleas or other intermediate hosts, such as small rodents, that carry tapeworm larvae. Some worm species can be transmitted to puppies and kittens through the mother’s placenta and milk.

wouldn't you think that if it gave cats worms, it would give people worms too? No, it does not give cats worms...worm eggs would have to be in the milk. But milk it no good for cats/kittens as most are lactose intolerant.

Pasteurized cow's milk does not contain worms! Cats and kittens can certainly get worms and not from milk. Most kittens have worms when they are young and they need to be wormed by a vet.

no, it's not true. giving cats and kittens just plain milk that isn't from their mother can make them sick, though...that's a common misconception about cats. as cats grow older, they lose the enzyme that helps digest milk, so it can make them throw up. having worms can also make a cat throw up, so maybe that's where you're getting confused. but milk does not cause worms.

Worms come from other animals waste and meat. So no, milk can't give them worms. However, it's not good for them. Buy cat milk at PetCo. Good luck!
