I would try to cut down first on any carbohydrates. Not cut them out, but if you eat bread/potato/pasta - do it earlier in the day. Then try doing some squats and crunches for the lower abdomen - as well as stretches. Walking holding your stomach in also helps as you're firming and using the muscles there, which will enable them to tone. Also - try to swim about once a week.

Ab Crunches are the absolute best. I lost 102 pounds with calorie reduction and flattened my stomach all in 7 months with lots of ab crunches! Good luck!

Lots of ab crunches and cut fats and carbs out of your diet, especially beer (if you do drink).
