The Old Testament was written by Hebrews. These are Semites. They come from Middle Eastern stock, so I doubt you could call them "white." As to the New Testament, the bulk of it was written by Hebrews as well. Matthew, Mark, John, James, Jude, and Paul were all of Hebrew descent. Only Luke was possibly a Gentile, likely Greek, which may or may not be a "white" person, depending on whether they have more of a European heritage or not.
All that being said, the answer is "No, the Bible was not written by 'white' people." As to why there are no Asians or Blacks, you are mistaken. There was a disciple in the church known as "Simeon called Niger." (Acts 13:1) He likely was dark-skinned. The Ethiopian eunuch in Acts 8 was from Africa, so he was likely dark-skinned as well.
I'm sure there are other examples of blacks in the Bible, and there were Asians (see Babylon, Assyria, etc.) The Bible was primarily written by Hebrews, however, and it is about their story and their God.

The may not be any Asian people mentioned by name in the Bible, But Paul preached In Asia so undoubtedly there were Asian people there, and in Acts Ch. 8 you will find where Simon and Ethiopian (black) man was baptized by Philip.
“Who wrote the Bible” is a question that is undoubtedly asked by many who are familiar with the impact this book has made on people around the world. The Bible gives guidance in our journey through life to eternity, as well as leads us to a relationship with the God of the universe. It is a historical book that is backed by archeology, and a prophetic book that has lived up to all of its claims thus far. In light of all these facts, asking, “who wrote the bible,” is a vital question that deserves serious investigation and a serious response. The Bible is God’s letter to humanity collected into 66 books written by 40 divinely inspired writers. These writers come from all walks of life (i.e., kings to fishermen) and spans over a period of 1,500 years or more. These claims may seem dramatic (or unrealistic to some), but a careful and honest study of the biblical scriptures will show them to be true

Strange question, since the Bible was written by Asian people in an Asian language.
To the geographically illiterate, Israel is in Asia.
Both Hebrew and Aramaic are languages from Asia.
MOST people mentioned in the Bible are Asian; those not Asian are African. What's missing is any European.

There were Black people (Africans) spoken of in the Bible, such as the Ethiopian eunuch, and the Queen of Sheba who consorted with Solomon.. It was not written by White people either.... but mostly Semetic people.
Have you read the Bible in its entirety? If not, you should be careful not to draw conclusions from very limited knowledge.
God Bless,
Sue

Where did you get the Idea that no blacks or Asians are mentioned in the Bible...have you actually read the Bible? If you are trying to make a point, it helps to actually educate yourself first (oops did I say educate) that is important to not sound like you do not know what you are talking about.....

There are people of many races and backgrounds that wrote the bible. It would not be accurate to assume that they are white just because Europe and America may seem to assume that. Who says Jesus was white?
