We are getting our house ready to sell but don't want to have to do too much repainting - just brighten it up a bit. Our walls in our living room and front hall are a bluish-gray to go with our ocean theme - we have a lighthouse border in the room. We chose for the border paint (baseboards, windows etc) a slightly lighter blue-gray that is almost indistinguishable from the walls. What color would look best on the trim to complement the blue-gray walls other than what we have? Would an antique white be the best?

Just plain white in my house. The wall colours pop because of all the baseboards and window frames having been painted white. It really is the simplest colour to choose. And everyone prefers it anyway.
