Yeah, sometimes I feel a bit depressed for no reason (or I can't think of any good reasons anyway) and I sulk and sleep a lot. But, what really helped me was exercising a lot! It truly makes me feel like I'm getting somewhere, and that I'm not hopeless with myself. Try it.

I felt depressed and I went to the doctor and got on a medicine called CELEXA. I take 1/2 pill every morning and it has made all the difference in the world.
If you are truly depressed, your brain is lacking a certain chemical. The medicine replaces that chemical.
It's great!

This is the most treated illness in the UK, possibly in US too.

Music helps me get through, food too although that's not always good for you. reading books helps and with no bad side effects lol! my friends and family don't help, I can't even tell them and they're too busy relating to me as a brother or a son to give much attention to the actual me!

i've gotten it sooo heavy sometimes, where i felt really low it was undescribable, there was no help then except sleep. I couldn't even get out the house...

but usually if you kep yourself busy you can ride it out.

Yes, we all do at times...But if it hangs on a long time and you are in a serious state of depression, it is a serious health problem...Most of the time it is a situational thing..Pull it up on the internet and see where you are......find someone you can trust and tell them how you feel, try getting out more..Take care of you...................

sometimes we all get down, we do have control over most of those times, you just have to stop yourself when you feel yourself not wanting to be around people, not wanting to go outside, listening to sad music and watching sad movies..gotta fight through it, pills will work, although they are a temporary fix.
