im 14 and 5'0 and all my friends are like 5'11 and 6'0

get shorter freinds, and wait until you grow... i didn't grow until it was 16 and a half.

Hang in there guy. 14 you are 5', 6mos from now you could be 6" taller. Boys start growing at different times for sure, but they can grow till they are 20. Know my guys did. Remember the youngest, he was so short for so long, his brothers had grown heads taller. He was so discusted, said the only one in the house shorter then him was the dog. Sadly the dog was about a 1&1/2. But grow he did, sure enough. How tall you will be depends a great deal on how tall your parents are. If you have brothers or cousins check their height. Will you be 6' who knows. but you will grow quite a bit in the next 4 yrs. So take it easy, still I know its tough at 14.

Eat things with calcium, vitamin D, potassioum, and boron. You must have all of these minerals to grow-don't overdose on them though-follow safety guidelines. Also, fall asleep before 10 p.m. if you can-your body grows most between 10 p.m. and 2. p.m. Do exercise-especially running, swimming, jumping sports. Don't do too much weightlifting. Don't have sex or masturbate.

im 14 too and im only 5'4 , slightly under average , the only way to maximize your growth potential is to have plenty of sleep and exercise. you may or may not grow , i probably wont though

You will grow in time. You are just a "late bloomer". My son is the same way.
Try not to be self conscious about it.
I'm sure you are a great kid.

you can get testosterone surgery. its when they break your bone then have inserts put in to make you taller.

get your doctor to prescribe you GH (growth hormone) or GHRH (growth hormone releasing hormone)
