To become an ER doc, you will have to go to university, earn a bachelors degree (in pretty much anything), write your MCAT, get into medical school and graduate with an MD, and then specialize in Emergency Medicine.
Now, I'm pretty sure you are actually acking which courses to take in university /college. So gain admission for medicine, the courses required depend on the schools you applying to. So if you have specific universities in mind (ie state or private schools), my best advice would be to check their websites. But generally, to be successful on the MCAT (required for about 95% of schools....except some in Canada) you should take first year Chemistry, Biology, Physics (I know this sucks) and some english course. In second/third year, you will need to take Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry. These are all the subjects covered on the MCAT. However, to give yourself and edge, take Genetics, Human Physiology, any infectious/microbial disease courses (common topics in bio section). And don't forget to take enough courses that interest you (ie your minor) so that you will do well in them to have a sufficiently competive GPA as you will also appear more well rounded (and be a happier person overall).
Hope this helps....

You will need to take pre-med in college, get a doctorate degree in medicine at a Univerisy Med school, and more years of internship and residency after that.
