It would be cheaper to get a new record player. Most motors rely on the Hz when they drive the platter, so you'd have to find a power supply that would convert 110V, 60 Hz to 220V, 50Hz. Those are much more expensive than a 110V, 60Hz record player.

Just converting from 110V to 220V probably won't do it.
