I have been on Zoloft, Prozac, Paxil, Lexapro, & Welbutrin at various times. None have affected my vocal ability. They have made me more likely to try it & enjoy.

I realize some of these are not SSRIs. I included all the anti-depressants I have taken as a guide to others who may have the same question about them.

SSRI have nothing to do with music. SSRI are a type of medication to treat Major Depression and sometimes Anxiety. You can perform music with or without SSRI's.

Yes, there's no reasonable reason why someone on SSRIs wouldn't be able to sing.
