those remedies are good for canker sores but you may find that you get them when you have a mild allergy to a certain food. Salt water and/or hydrogen peroxide are good to rinse with but this is the best cure I have found.

When you feel one coming on or if you have a cut in your mouth that could cause one, take a few capsules of Vitamin E oil. Bite them open and apply directly to the area. Then swallow several capsules as well. You cannot overdose on Vitamin E and this method always helps stop any sores or speed healing in my family.

Canker sores. Greasy foods, sugary foods, rich foods like nuts, acidic foods like tomatoes are common culprits in causing these mouth irritations. Some use salt water rinses to cure them. Some use a liquid called Campho-Phenique, which is found in drug stores and some grocery stores. I usually rinse with Chloroseptic spray, which deadens the pain and has an antiseptic action to kill germs. Try to limit eating the foods that cause the sores. They usually will heal by themselves after time.

Probably a traumatic ulcer - basically just a wound, like a cut. If it really hurts, apply ora-jel or another over the counter topical anesthetic gel. Also, rinsing w/ warm salt water should help it heal faster.

it could also be a thermal ulcer; a lesion from burning your mouth with say, coffee or pizza. same solution.

If you have a sore or ulcer in your mouth that doesn't go away after 10-14 days, see your doc or dentist to rule out cancer or something else bad.

They are called canker sores. A tsp. of baking soda in a cup of warm water will help ease the pain & help them heal. Taste yukky but works quite well & won't sting.
