My fiance and I are 9 years apart. He is 34 and I am 25. It is no big deal and personally I think we get along better because he is more mature. He isn't into games and it has taken us 5 years to get engaged. I believe age is just a number and you shouldn't worry about it. Don't let others bother you either.

Well as long as they are legal after that it shouldn't be a problem and even some people have second thoughts about younger people but if the love is there it could very make for a happy life no matter the age.

Generally it is thought that women mature faster than men. Seven years difference is considered appropriate for adults. Now that I am older I prefer to date a man at least 20 years my junior. Men my age are disgusting in so many ways! Those little blue pills are just the start of it.

my husband is nine years older than me. I learned alot from him. when you date people your age, for women men tend to not had enough of life to settle down with one woman where as for the older guy is seemingly more ready to settle. Just make sure your partner is mature because you have some older men looking for that young love to make himself feel young again

I think it depends on the couple. If they really care about it each other and don't care what others think of them then it doesn't matter the age difference between them. Its about what makes them happy.

depends on type of relationship? the more of a long-term "couple" you are the closer the ages should be. otherwise, staying legal is about the only concern.

some people feel more protected with people 1,or,2 years apart but if u really love each other,than it doesn't matter!;)
