i think "you have beautiful mind" or "you would be great mother" are some good ones. but yes, having a child say that to you and damn well meaning it is great too.

nothing, but nothing tops my 3 children gazing at me and saying "I love you"
It has to be the most sincere and honest, because there is no way that a 2 -4 year old could possibly fake that.

ok, here's a topper per your additional details (admittedly - the above comment was the first thing that came to my mind on reading your question, now that I've thought about it - there are more)

one day - I was feeling very stressed - my husband was unemployed and looking for work and I was home with my 3 children - feeling guilty that I shoud be out looking for work too.
Both my parents worked hard all their lives, and we were trained to have a good work ethic - to earn money to make ends meet.
I had gone to visit my parents to get out of the house (now picture this, my father doesn't say much normally, and does not express emotion in front of us at all) he was sitting with my youngest in his lap, playing, and my other two were amusing themselves while I was discussing our situation with my mother. I was practically in tears while I was describing feeling guilty about not working and my father says "you're doing exactly what you are suppose to be doing, and you are a good mother"
that was the sweetest thing he has ever said to me.

My ex isn't one for mooshy romantic speeches or even gestures. He showed his love by letting me have the remote, that was his way of being romantic, which I understood. He got a car that he loves so much, he acted like it was more important than our daughter and I. I know it isn't but you know how guys are. Anyway, when I found out that he cheated on me I told him that I wanted to so badly take his baseball bat to his car and break every window. He looked me in the eyes and said that I
could without a moments hesitation. I knew then and there how sorry he was. We're not together right now, but it meant alot to me because I knew he was honest at that moment. Anyone can say that they love you, or care about you. He said all those things, but I know when he said that, he meant it. It was truthful and, for him, it was sweet.
