I do not accept Yahweh because this was the old war god of the nomadic Hapiru tribes that wandered from Sumeria into Egypt and back to Canna. They exterminated the local population in genocide under the command of Yahweh. Later this war god became the single male god of the tribes. With a king on the throne to enforce patriarchy, this god became the head of a male dominated legal system that oppressed all non-believers and especially women. I much prefer the monotheism of the Native American people who understood the idea of one God as long ago as ancient Israel, but never developed all of the cruel and oppressive baggage that came a long with Yahweh, the author of genocide.

(Exodus 6:3) And I used to appear to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob as God Almighty, but as respects my name Jehovah I did not make myself known to them.

YaHWeH is Almighty God's personal name. Translated to the English...Jehovah.

It appears over 7,000 times in the original Bible but because of wrongful thinking, that it is too Holy to use, has been replaced with the Title...LORD.

Well, for starters, God is easier to pronounce.

Second, out of respect. You see, when speaking to an important official, it is considered proper to address this person by his title. Sort of like saying " Mr. President" rather than " Yo Bush! "

Third and most important. Until now, I had no idea that was his name. How did you come to find it? Is your source credible?

Proverbs 18:10 says: “The name of Jehovah is a strong tower. Into it the righteous runs and is given protection.”

We therefore invite all sheeplike persons to take refuge in Jehovah and in his Kingdom by Christ. As a concealment place, Jehovah is no falsehood! His Kingdom by Christ is no lie!

Yahweh is Jehovah is Allah is God. Jews cannot speak the true name of God because they consider it too holy, so much so that religious Jews will write G-d instead of God
