I WAS,
I was very hurt my the church.(people not God)
But I was going thur a lot of stuff at the time.(to much to explain)
I am back in Church now.Still been hurt by people. But this time I am stronger.
I have my eyes on God now not man.
I have found that we are all human, and all fall short of the glory of God.
But Jesus knows the heart and our hurts. He forgives.
\O/ THANK YOU JESUS \O/

Partly. I think we all are, in some ways. That's the message.

I'm an only-child, an only son. I had some wild times, but I wouldn't compare my story to the Prodigal Son.

I never ate with pigs (although I was in a fraternity in college - that's pretty close)

I never spent my money on prostitutes and wild living. (I was a cheapskate)

I had to wait for them to die to get my parents inheritance.

But I've been far from God at times.

He welcomed me back. BIG time!

Daughter,,,,left church for many years because of how my dad and others who professed to be Christians acted. I wanted no part of Christianity if that was what a christian was. But now I know that the church is for the sick, mentally ill, and wounded. It's a place to go to be healed..a hospital. My father (Heavenly) welcomed me back with open arms!
