Is it safe to assume that anyone with glowsticks at a club is on XTC????

No...some people just like having fun. My friends and I would always do stuff like that and the most we were ever on was pixie sticks.

And by that I mean actual pixie stix- made by Wonka candy.

You know if you bite them yo get glow in the dark mouth - weird.
