this girl in 4th grade had a mustachio, but by 6th grade it was gone. i don't think she waxed it. LOL

You can purchase depilitories specifically for the face (Nairs Face Cream) It comes ina lipgloss looking container with a slanted tip that is easy for precision application. Apply a thin layer over the lip and let it sit for 5 MINUTES! then with a damn face cloth gently wip away the hair, and voila! hair free...
Nine years old is a little young to be doing this... but if it makes you feel better and your parents are ok with this.
be aware that all women have small tiny hairs all over their face (actually everyone does) and the upper lip is no exception! the upper lip is never ever naturally hair free! it is typically not until you are older- and hormone changes start to occur that you might see a slight deepening of the hair colour.

use a tweezer to pluck out the hairs like how u trim eyebrows. it is cheaper and u only have to do it about once in 2 weeks. put some ice over the area before plucking if u are afraid of the pain. it is possible for a girl at the age of 12 to get it. quite embarassing ahahas.

I don't use it for facial hair, but this Sally Hansen bleach works really well for me. Let me get you the linkage...

(I would recommend the bleach the most because you don't get some stubble thing going on. Also, I don't know about the wax, but with the bleach, you can re-use it many times)

first step is make sure you're a female. Then I would wax it. Over time the hair gets thinner... DON'T SHAVE it

use sally hanson facial bleach, i have sensitive skin and its fine on me. Its not expensive at all, you can get it at a drugstore.
