how can i tell if a man is love with me?

i know this man who always trying to look into my eyes directly, which made me feel that he is tryng to pass a massage to me but i can't get it...
whenever we set as a group he keep looking at me but never tried to talk to me or even talk to me whenever we are alone... he made feel that he want to say something to me but he ends up avoiding me for some reason... we really respect eachother but i just want to know what is the end of all that??? what does he means by his looks

well,to be quite honest, im dealing with this myself. i am totally crazy about a guy but he doesnt get it . we work together and its complicated. just go with the flow and let things work out on their own, when you dont expect it, it will happen!
