I like this girl...and i think she is amazing. Also I really want to get to know her. She started working in my company about a month ago. Her mom works with me too and i get along with her. But I cannot seem to get her daughter of my mind. She is young 20. And do you think i shoud make a move or not?

This could be a real can of worms. First of all, it is bad form to date anyone you work with. Many companies forbid it. Secondly, how old are you? 20 is very young and if you are more than 5 years older than that, forget it. Finally, if it doesn't work out, you will have a very uncomfortable situation at work with both the girl and her mother there. I would say that it's not worth it. Date someone outside of work.

Move on. Or go ahead and trust me working with a love one let alone her parents will drive you nuts.

Of course you should make a move unless you are her mom's boss (or expect to be) in which case leave her alone.

how old are you? don't do it. if you're old, that's gross. if it doesn't work out, then you'll be stuck working together.
