Have larger size helpings of food at meals and keep nutritious snacks readily available. Proteins are required for building muscles, so having high protein food like eggs, milk, peanut butter, protein shakes will help. do you want to gain fat or muscle?
remember muscle weighs more than fat, but it is harder to achieve.
My suggestion, protein shakes, use 2 scoops in stead of 1, and an 8000 calorie a day diet, high in carbohydtrates (for weight gain) and protein (for energy), not fat. Football players use these technices to try and gain weight quickly in the off season when they start to loose weight.
Also, you NEED to work out, the extra weight is going to be murder on your cardiac system, work with weights, high repetitions at a lowr weight, dont strain yourself, but you still want to fill it.

get high carb bars, eat those along with eating A LOT, and it will help pack on some pounds, i dont know where you would get them, but i know they exist cuz athletes use them, i only know where to get low carb bars for weight loss...but im sure some marts would have them =)

haha depends on if you want to do it in a healthy or unhealthy way. But either way, just eat a lot of fatty foods and do nothing...don't exercise!
