At the begining of this school year, (I'm a junior in college) I weighed 165 lbs. Now I am ~150, 155, but I lost that weight in a short time (about a month and a half ago). Now my weight has stabalized. What is up?
PS- My parents went on a diet right around when I lost the weight, but I didn't alter too much I was eating (not that I noticed).

Maybe it was that you were eating healthier since they went on a diet. Lower fat foods could be the reason for the weight loss and if it has stabilized, I would not worry to much about it unless you became under weight. talk to your Dr. and see if you should be concerned

Your BMI score is: 22.8
A BMI score of 18.5 to 24.9 indicates you have a healthy body fat ratio. Remember to keep your healthy lifestyle by eating right and exercising

Yes. I went to visit my doctor for a physical. About 3 weeks earlier my weight was 140. When I got weighed I came in at 130 lbs. I don't know how I lost weight. I spent those three weeks eating pizza, and cake. Could be water weight!
