your brain eventually goes haywire and you die. there was a disc jockey that did a stint for his station and stayed up for 2 weeks straight.. to make a long story short.. he stayed up the 2 weeks but shortly after suffered from mental illness and was never right again until he met his death a short time later. sleep is crucial to your brain and body.. between 10 pm -2 am is when your body should optimally be asleep in order for the body to make its "natural repairs". if your having trouble sleeping its more than likely your dealing with depression.. go to the doc.. if anything get some Ambien CR.. works awesome!! but you have to put yourself in a position where your mind can enter sleep realm.. (not in front of a tv) but in a nice dark quiet comfy place where you should practice a little meditation while you wait for the Ambien to kick in.. just need to clear your mind and focus on the air going in and out of your body.. try to exhale slowly until there is nothing left and then slowly inhale through your stomach not your lungs and focus on making sure you keep that steady breath without letting your mind wonder.. everytime it wonders bring it back to focusing on your breath.. in no time the Ambien will kick in and you will be alseep like a little peaceful angel!!
