(1) Bible: Jehovah’s Witnesses believe that the entire Bible is the inspired Word of God, and instead of adhering to a creed based on human tradition, they hold to the Bible as the standard for all their beliefs.
(2) God: They worship Jehovah as the only true God and freely speak to others about him and his loving purposes toward mankind. Anyone who publicly witnesses about Jehovah is usually identified as belonging to the one group—“Jehovah’s Witnesses.”
(3) Jesus Christ: They believe, not that Jesus Christ is part of a Trinity, but that, as the Bible says, he is the Son of God, the first of God’s creations; that he had a prehuman existence and that his life was transferred from heaven to the womb of a virgin, Mary; that his perfect human life laid down in sacrifice makes possible salvation to eternal life for those who exercise faith; that Christ is actively ruling as King, with God-given authority over all the earth since 1914.
(4) God’s Kingdom: They believe that God’s Kingdom is the only hope for mankind; that it is a real government; that it will soon destroy the present wicked system of things, including all human governments, and that it will produce a new system in which righteousness will prevail.
(5) Heavenly life: They believe that 144,000 spirit-anointed Christians will share with Christ in his heavenly Kingdom, ruling as kings with him. They do not believe that heaven is the reward for everyone who is “good.”
(6) The earth: They believe that God’s original purpose for the earth will be fulfilled; that the earth will be completely populated by worshipers of Jehovah and that these will be able to enjoy eternal life in human perfection; that even the dead will be raised to an opportunity to share in these blessings.
(7) Death: They believe that the dead are conscious of absolutely nothing; that they are experiencing neither pain nor pleasure in some spirit realm; that they do not exist except in God’s memory, so hope for their future life lies in a resurrection from the dead.
(8) Last days: They believe that we are living now, since 1914, in the last days of this wicked system of things; that some who saw the events of 1914 will also see the complete destruction of the present wicked world; that lovers of righteousness will survive into a cleansed earth.
(9) Separate from the world: They earnestly endeavor to be no part of the world, as Jesus said would be true of his followers. They show genuine Christian love for their neighbors, but they do not share in the politics or the wars of any nation. They provide for the material needs of their families but shun the world’s avid pursuit of material things and personal fame and its excessive indulgence in pleasure.
(10) Apply Bible counsel: They believe that it is important to apply the counsel of God’s Word in everyday life now—at home, in school, in business, in their congregation. Regardless of a person’s past way of life, he may become one of Jehovah’s Witnesses if he abandons practices condemned by God’s Word and applies its godly counsel. But if anyone thereafter makes a practice of adultery, fornication, homosexuality, drug abuse, drunkenness, lying, or stealing, he will be disfellowshipped from the organization.

It has been a long and winding road for me before I settled down on the Religion that I now adhere to, which has strengthened my own Faith tenfold. I was born and raised as a Roman Catholic, and even had become an ex-seminarian in the process, but my questions about certain Church doctrines and on matters of Faith could not be readily answered to my satisfaction ever since the days of my early youth.
My adventurous quest well into my adult life opened my eyes and it helped educate me more about the various major religions including Buddhism, Hinduism, Islam, Taoism, Judaism, Confusianism, and even Zoroaztrianism among others.
And in the process I had also come across, and befriended, people from different walks of life and of different creeds including Wiccans, Animists, Ufologists, SDAs, JWs, Born-Agains, preachers, clergymen, etc., if only to compare notes and share some knowledge about each other's system of beliefs.
I do respect all the beliefs of others and the teachings of all the other Prophets that I have come to know, however --for me-- NO ONE can compare to the Greatest Prophet and Teacher of them all, Yeshua Messiah, who encapsulates the common thread found in most major doctrines.
And that is the doctrine of Peace and Love that has been instilled in each of us by the Supreme Being and Creator, our Heavenly Father. That said, while I do not attend any socialized activities of any organized groups who consider themselves to be "Christians", I do FOLLOW THE LAW and all the Sacred Teachings of YESHUA MESSIAH [Jesus Christ] --including keeping the Sabbath consecrated, the daily communions, fasting and prayers-- as they were handed down by the BROTHERHOOD OF ESSENES...
If one were to name such a 'religion', the closest description would perhaps be the NEW, all-inclusive 'YOU' RELIGION... for it is one that is SELF-motivated, SELF-monitored and SELF-regulated religion. You are taught how to SELF-baptize and how to "build your own temple" [your body] with NO TITHING involved whatsoever! And, moreover, its doors are wide OPEN TO EVERYONE regardless of who you are or what your past has been!
The Law of the Brotherhood states that "None shall have wealth, and none shall be poor; and all shall work together in the gardens of the Brotherhood. Yet each shall follow his OWN PATH, and each shall commune with his own heart..."
Peace be with you!

I was raised as a protestant christian, but as soon as I reached adulthood, I became an atheist. It was the best decision I ever made. Now I am free to be myself without worrying about a deity whose teachings are contradictory and/or irrelevant to my life judging me by a yardstick I don't understand. Now I am moral because morality is right, not because I'm afraid I'll burn in hell if I do something bad. It's wonderful.
And I celebrate holiday that follows the winter solstice because the days have begun getting longer, not because it is the alleged birthday of a deity whose existence I do not believe in.

I am a full-gospel Pentecostal Christian believer. Our beliefs are as follows:
1.) We believe the Bible is the infallible Word of God. ( II Tim.3:16-17)
2.) We believe there is but one true God. (Isaiah 43:10 -11)
3.) We believe Jesus Christ is Lord. ( Phillippians 2:11)
4.) We believe Man was created by God in His image. Man voluntarily sinned and incurred physical and spiritual death. (Gen. 1:26 -27; Gen. 2:17; Gen. 3:6; Romans 5:12)
5.) We believe Jesus Christ is our only hope for salvation. (John 3:16)
6.) We believe believers in Jesus are to be baptised with water and partake in Holy Communion. (Mark 16:16; I Cor. 11:24 -26)
7.) We believe believers in Jesus Christ should seek and expect to be baptised with the Holy Ghost and with fire. (Matt. 3:11; Acts 1:4)
8.) We believe baptism in the Holy Ghost is witnessed by the initial physical sign of speaking with other tongues as the Spirit of God gives utterance. (Acts 2:4)
9. We believe believers are to be separated from that which is evil. Believers are to be dedicated to God. (II Cor. 6:17 -18; I Thess. 4:3 -4)
10.) We believe the Church is the Body of Christ. ( Eph. 1:22 -23)
11.) We believe believers are called to evangelize the world and edify the Body of Christ. ( Mark 16:15 -20; Eph. 4:11 -13)
12.) We believe divine healing was provided by our Lord Jesus Christ.(Isaiah 53:5)
13.) We believe Jesus will descend with a shout and the dead in Christ will rise and those which are alive shall be caught up to be with our Lord forever. ( I Thess. 4:16 -17)
14.) We believe Jesus Christ will return to reign with His saints on earth for one thousand years. (Rev. 19:11 -14; 20:6)
15.) We believe there will be a final judgement of the wicked. ( Mark 9:43 -48; II Peter 2:9; Rev.20:11 -15)
16.) We "....according to His promise, look for a new heaven and a new earth wherein dwelleth righteousness." (II Peter 3:13; II Cor. 5:1; Hebrews 11:10)

im a buddhist, and buddhism is more of a philosophy than a religion. Buddha isnt a God, he was a human being who developed his mind to a very high state through meditation. our ultimate goal is to achieve 'nirvana' so you exit cycle of suffering, but on a more practical level we're basically supposed to try and live a life at a medium level without indulging too much on the extremes.

I am a Christian.
I believe that I have sinned and separated myself from God. I believe that the penalty for my sin is death. I believe God sent Jesus Christ into the world to live a sinless life, then become the sacrifice to pay for my sin.
I believe God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit are three separate facets of one God.
I believe that God loves the whole world so much that He did this for us, so we could be restored to a relationship with Him, if we choose to.
That's about it.
