My haircut looks kind of like the "Rachel" haircut and I noticed that if I could add some volume, it would look really hot like hers did. Can anyone tell me what I can do and which products I can use to make my hair look like hers?

Do you mean Rachel from ''Friends'' (Long Layers), if so, they do not use volume. They blow dry straight. If you want volume because you have fine hair then use hair thickening shampoo and Tresseme styling moose (thickening formula) and then blow dry your hair while hanging your head upside down. Dry the roots this way for maximum fullness.

as I know it (former cosmetologist) there are only a few ways to add height at the top of the head. Either cut the bangs so that a layer of those bangs will cover the crown. Leave a layer longer than the bangs but not as long as the rest of the hair so the weight won't pull "all" the hair down (Jennifer Anniston style?) Having the hair all one length is usually done for fine hair so that it appears to add bulk, and if the hair was truly fine then the crown hair could lift easier. If your hair has pulled flat at the crown then you need to take off some weight off the bottom of the hair....or, and the final thing is that you can add hair pieces or tease the hair and spray it. Sometimes though you can adopt a hairstyle like a knot in the back which then you can lift the top hair and because it falls lighter without pulling it could appear to give a little height.
