I would say that if she did then she will be pregnant.

Pregnancy lasts on average from 63 to 65 days. (though it can be between 58 & 70 days). The first signs will be about three weeks after she got out when her nipples will 'pink up' - enlarge slightly & change colour, some cats even lose a bit of fur around them. You may notice that she vomits ... some cats get morning sickness. She'll be hungrier than usual & slightly more affectionate.

After about four or five weeks you'll be able to see that her tummy is rounding out just a little. Much later on of course, you'll definately be able to see that she's expecting.

This site also gives advice on when a vet should be able to confirm pregnancy :

It also says that one of the first signs that she might be pregnant is that she stops calling or coming into season/in heat.

Hope this helps.

See if you can get her spayed ASAP. Cats are unpleasant when they are not fixed, so why is it that she wasnt spayed in the first place? They will continually go into heat if there are male cats around. Caring for a pregnant cat is alot of work and it is very stressful for a cat so your best option is to see if she can be spayed right away. If not you need to be prepared. If something should happen do you have money for an emergency vet? What about an emergency c section? ANYTHING can happen. Spaying is the best option in this situation if it is early enough, if not then start reaserching and get her on kitten food and replacement milk. Keep an eye on her and MAKE SURE she stays indoors. pregnancy usually lasts about 9 weeks. Usually within about 2 or 3 weeks you notice her nipples getting larger and pinker. That is usually the first sign.

If she was in heat and you let her out, she's pregante. A male cat can smell a female in heat up to 5 miles away. I'm sure there are more irresponsible cat owners in your area. She'll be pregante for 2 months and then bring another unwanted batch of kittens into this world, that is unless you get her spayed ASAP! 80% of cats don't get a home for life, many of them sit on death row in an over crowded shelter...

If she stopped doing the "I'm in heat" howl, she's probably pregnant

Is there any reason why you didn't get her fixed? Now you're probably have your own kitty mill.
