I would start by filling the tub with frosting and Cool Whip then dizzly throw in dozen pints of Ben and Jerry's whatever flavor. A three pound block of peanut butter gets in there, lots of chocoloate syrup and some brownies. A jar of marichino cherries, and a jar of butterscotch stuff too. Then in goes my superhot supermodel girlfriend.
Actually forget the tub and make it the livingroom floor, umm come think of it forget all the food too, and have a football game on the tube.
Hey, it's my sundae and I'll have it anyway I want!!

Well, although ice cream sundaes are delicious, they are not healthy, i recommend you fulfill your craving once a month. but when you do fulfill your craving....
1/2 pound bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 cup water
6 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon instant espresso mixed with 1 teaspoon water
