I have a person annoying me all the time but I think she likes me I kinda like her because she's very energetic and funny. But I don't know how to ask her out, and and she also refused to go to the dance w/ me! What should I do?

LOL...would you like to be married to an "annoying girl"? Basically...do you really see yourself with her months to come?

Dude...I think she's either confused, she already has a date for the dance, or she just enjoys annoying you for the hell of it. Maybe she finds you cute, but she doesn't really like you, or maybe she said no when you asked her because she was simply nervous. I honestly think she secretly has the hots for you. If she didn't think anything of you, she wouldn't be annoying you in the first place, she'd just be "another girl" minding her business and doing whatever she does without bothering you. If I were you, I'd just ask her "Why do you do annoy me, and nobody else?" Either she'll answer your question (playfully since she's energetic and funny), or she'll just flat out leave you alone because she'll probably be a little embarrased afterward. Try not to embarrass her, but make sure you let her know how you feel. She'll act totally different once she knows.

JUST KIDDING!
u should just let her have her space for a little bit (for like 1 more week) then ask her out again and if she says no she dont like you.

I think she just likes flirting with you. Just because she flirts doesn't mean she likes she. She may have said no because she thought you was just joking. You could try to tell her that you like her and then see what she says.

move on and let her see you with some one else then she will wanted you if not them move on and ask some one else out
