Well, if you mean which one is the best overall (not best for you) then i'd have to say Aerospace Engineering. Aerospace is the hardest degree to earn imao and covers so many areas of study in engineering that most Aerospace Engineers become "systems engineers" because of their broad base of information. Systems engineers control and oversee groups of people working on a project and ensure that everyone's ideas and subsystems create the desired product. Therefore these people are usually management level of some sort.
Secondly, the job demand for Aerospace engineers has shot out the roof lately, with large government contracts being created at Lockheed Martin, Boeing's latest return to market domination, and the immenent retire of many aging Aerospace Engineers the market is great for any undergrad in Aerospace. Lastly it pays really well and you get to call yourself a rocket scientist.

Each engineering discipline is the best for what it does. So if you are working with machines, mechanical. If you are working with electricals or electrons, then those.
Bottom line - there is no 'best', it depends what you want to do.

Panacea and mister are right, chemical engineering is typically very rigorous and very well respected (and best). Of those listed I can't give a preference, as they are pretty different fields.
