when my husband falls asleep, his toes will start to move. it will move about every 30 sec. to 1 min. on time.its not rls. can you help me.

i guess its called reflexes its not controllable. some people even talk when they dream. have you ever seen a cat or a dog sleeping, notice that their paws may move and they may have some uncontrollable light barking (for dogs). i guess theres nothing you can do sorry.

This is an involuntary movement like blinking, squinting, swallowing, etc. Otherwise it's part of "restless leg syndrome" that's part of a problem with some people, like me. I take Requip for it.
If it bothers you that much maybe you can get him to see a doctor for a check-up.

surprise you move during your sleep too! this is caused by involuntary muscles, we all have this while in our sleep.
When our bodies dont produce movement for long periods of time, bloodclot start to form, this can be dangerous if it disloges and reach your heart (heartattack) or brain (stroke).
