Sir J says a jump jet, but those are state of the art military arcraft not open to the public,
The shortest takeoff plane a regular person can buy would have to be the Piper J-3 Club, but it only holds one pilot and a passenger.
Your best bet would be a Cessna 150 Skywagon or 172 Skyhawk.
Those two airplanes can takeoff from just about any runway in the U.S. and are very popular.
Then again, you could use a bi-plane, but those planes are used for extreme aerodynamics and are very dangerous. You'd usually see them in stunt shows, and not really anything else, but still, if you're a dare devil and live close to an airstrip with an extremely short runway, your best bet would be using any type of bi-plane that holds 1-2 seats.

The Maule aircraft have excellent short field capabilities, takeoff distance can be as short as 250 ft. These are small general aviation aircraft with 4-5 seats.

You can't buy a Harrier.

Almost no STOL aircraft are biplanes due to interference between the two wings.

A CH701 STOL homebuilt has the shortest take off I know.

If a biplane works well with STOL, than get a triplane.
