Tank, plus it doubles as a improvised explosive device

Well the Abrams is one of the weakest tanks in the world because they can be knocked out by RPG's which is supposed to knock out bunkers. An improvised explosive is stronger because they are left by the road(road side bomb)and they've been blowing the Abrams to pieces in Iraq.
So an improvised explosive device is stronger then the Abrams tank. Most people say the Abrams is stronger because it's a tank but the American Abrams is pathetically weak.

Given that an Abrams tank battalion can go anywhere it wants when its wants and generally the opponent is on the losing end I'd say the Abrams!

Depends on the IED, but probably from what has been used thus far, I would guess that the tracks on the Abrams would have to be changed, a hindrance, then it would be back to business-along with the support that the Amphibeous Assault Vehicles carrying troops who would be supporting the tankers while this hindrance is dealt with. Good question, you should be a General.

Considering you would need one HUGE IED to destroy an Abrams, I would say Abrams.

Some terrorists run into a house, no need to risk good Marines lives, just put a HE round into it and move on.
