I must tell you, water will not help you clear your skin and it will not give you glow, to achieve healthy glowing skin you have to exfoliate once a week, too much exfoliation is not good either. You can get any brand facial exfoliator, if you really want to go cheap wet your fingers dip them in sugar and scrub away it works just fine.
Second you have to get into routine of cleaning your skin in the morning and before bed, any product and brand will do, no need for big spending. Get mild facial wash and after washing hydrate your skin.
Tooth paste will only dry up your face HAS NO EFFECT on pimples and blemishes.
Proactive does really work and you have to be consistent in using it but it can get your skin a little too dry if that happens stop using it twice a day and use it in the morning only and at night use your favorite lotion. Good luck.

Use neutrogen Pore Rerfining Cleanser. it's like $5. It works like magic. I was deployed to the desert last summer and even with the sandstorms I didn't break out ONCE. I didn't notice that if made my pores smaller at all but it will clear your face up fast. It doesn't make it dry or oily, I have really oily skin and this stuff works wonders!!! I swear by this!!!

I use Proactiv for cleansing. They also have a Skin Lightening Cream to help fade post acne marks. Clinique has a simular product. I have used both with good results.

devour a lot of fruit and veg - blueberries, tomatos and grapes are all particularly crammed with 'anti-oxidants' which help your physique get freed from pollutants and supply you a wholesome complexion. Drink a lot, yet ingesting greater water than your popular 8 glasses in line with day won't make a lot distinction. additionally, attempt to do 30 minutes of exercising in line with day. I consistently have a wholesome glow after that. finally, cleanse, tone and moisturise each evening. undemanding particularly =)

Trust me...this really works. Go to your local drugstore or Wal-mart and purchase an acne product called on-the-spot. Seriously...it works overnight to get rid of ur pimples. GOOD LUCK and dont stress or you will get a bad breakout!

You might want to try dabbing a little toothpaste on the pimple just before it fully forms and wearing that on your face over night, I do that and it clears up my pimples for me!

First and foremost, more power to you for all of your efforts and I am certain that you did well on your exams. Second, try a regimen like a cleanser, toner and lotion that are designed to take care of acne. I recommend Loreal and Neutrogena. They come in a box and in fact, Costco used to sell both of them.

get PROACTIV, seriously it WORKS like crazy!!!!!
the reddish mark is a kind of scarring, it may or may not fade, but whatever you do, don't pick!!!

also, drink LOTS and lots of water... it flushes out your system and clears your skin.
