i know this guy we talk alot and flirt with each other but i only see him when he is at work (sercurity guard) and is not really allowed to make his move but i just need to know has he really noticed me or if not how can i get him to notice me

Just play it cool, dont rush it there is loads of time. you dont want to scare him off if he hasnt noticed you yet. or he might just be playing it cool wanting to get to know you first seeing if you will make the first move just walk past and say hi and then stop to talk to him you never know he might surprise you and ask you out. good luck

You know, I am a very firm believer in female intuition in these matters.
So ask yourself, honestly, do you think he's noticed you? If your feeling is yes, then he almost certainly has.
I can truthfully say that I have never, ever felt fancied and been wrong. A time or two I've wanted to be but wasn't - and in my heart of hearts I knew it.
This advice is, of course, only applicable if you're not some mad stalker type person who thinks everyone is after them - but it doesn't seem like it. LOL

that's funny, I'm kind of in the same situation...
What I am doing (and it seems to be working) is playing it cool, don't worry about dressing cute or acting a certain way, just pass by him, and say "hi" and nod your head, guys like that! try it, what can you loose? Being friends? Good Luck!

If he fancies you he will ask you out unless he is painfully shy and if that is the case well then you need to make the first move good luck

He will make his move if you start playing it cool and just nod and smile sweetly to him and walk on, that will make him think that you are losing interest and that he will have to make a move or lose you altogether. Good luck

Give him your phone number. Or lose something in the office and tell him if he finds it to call you. And make sure you leave it somewhere where he has to call you and deliver it to you.
