I didn't call anyone a fool nor proselytize. I may know the answer but I may also learn an aspect of it I never knew before which is my perogative. At least I am on topic in "Religion and Spirituality" and that makes it more enjoyable for the rest. All are welcome to answer who can abide by COMMUNITY STANDARDS which seem to be abused by those who feel convicted by their conscience for fitting the descriptions here and the source! All positive remarks I have enjoyed so will those with a good spirit mind helping me choose the best one?? Thanks!

The answer: FOOL, n. Heb.

1. One who is destitute of reason, or the common powers of understanding; an idiot. Some persons are born fools, and are called natural fools; others may become fools by some injury done to the brain.
2. In common language, a person who is somewhat deficient in intellect, but not an idiot; or a person who acts absurdly; one who does not exercise his reason; one who pursues a course contrary to the dictates of wisdom.
3. In scripture, fool is often used for a wicked or depraved person; one who acts contrary to sound wisdom in his moral deportment; one who follows his own inclinations, who prefers trifling and temporary pleasures to the service of God and eternal happiness.
The fool hath said in his heart, there is no God. Ps. 14.
4. A weak christian; a godly person who has much remaining sin and unbelief.
O fools, and slow of heart to believe all the prophets have written. Lu24 KJB Dictionary

1. Psalm 14:1
The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.
Psalm 14:1-3 (in Context) Psalm 14
2. Psalm 53:1
The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good.
Psalm 53:1-3 (in Context) Psalm 53
There are many Biblical definitions of a fool, however the one that says there is no God, is the fool that is mentioned most often I beleive.

Some think it is he who says> there is no God. But they are mistaken. It is he who says in his HEART there is no God. What does that mean?
It means that even a theist, a theoretical believer, if he acts, when he is alone, as though God were not there, is acting the fool. Many professing Christians would fall into that category, I'm afraid. Some are fools for a while... But it would explain some of the crazy things we have learned about certain Christian leaders. They have preached: "There is a God", but when alone, when thinking no one would find out, in their hearts, have said: "There is no God. I can really do what I want, as long as the congregation never finds out".
