has anybody seen blue corn thats red???

No, but I've seen seen some white corn that's yellow. Unless they mixed them up at the grocery again.

you want the corn or the flour? There are some reddish purplish colored corn at any farmers market. or try a farm feed store. they usually have seed, and farmers sometimes advertise their products on a bulletin board. as far as flour there are farms that grind their own stuff also the herb stores.
