yea i believe in the true love by its true meaning
love has many meaning
love of friends , love of lovers , love of nature , love of god
the true love means be sincerly with the one u love and dont care about how he is but care about what inside him
the true love means be with the person when he needs u

So make yourself visible to him. Change your hairstyle or your style of clothes. Go out and buy a knock out outfit and smile alot. Go after what you want in life. It's not always going to come to you.

Well maybe you should try talking to the guy and see if you really like him. Or if you just think that you like him because of his looks or whatever. But talk to him and see how things turn out.
