Maybe God is trying to tell you to listen to the message that comes from Him in Bangalore instead of seeking wisdom on your own.

Welcome to Christian Fellowship Church, Bangalore, Indiahttp://www.cfcindia.com/web/mainpages/home_page.php

The church of believers that meets at Christian Fellowship Church (CFC) today, commenced with a few families that first met together in Bangalore, India, in August 1975. They decided to be disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ, first themselves, and then to make disciples, in obedience to the Lord's commission in Matthew 28:18-20.

No reports of the work done or any appeal for finances are ever sent out anywhere. All money that is received as freewill offerings or as voluntary contributions, goes directly to the work of spreading the gospel, through conferences, literature, tapes and CDs, etc.

Eldership:
CFC is led by a plurality of elders. No elder is paid for his work. This is NOT because we feel that such financial support is unScriptural, but because we desire to stand apart from the bad testimony that many Christian workers have had in the matter of finances.

About Bro. Zac Poonen:
Bro. Zac Poonen was formerly an Indian Naval Officer who has been serving the Lord in India for the past 40 years as a Bible-teacher and elder having responsibility for a number of churches.

He has written a number of books and articles in English which have been translated in other Indian languages as well. His messages given in India and abroad are available on audio and video cassettes and CD's. (See the Books, Audio and Video section)

Like the other elders in CFC, Zac Poonen also supports himself and his family through "tent-making" and does not receive any salary for his services. He does not receive any royalty for any of his books, audio tapes, video tapes or CDs, published by Christian Fellowship Centre.

To know more about him, you could visit his family website at: http://www.poonen.org

Church Conferences:
CFC has two conference each year in Bangalore in May and December. A few hundred believers come from across India, for these conferences, for Bible-teaching and practical instruction on living a Christlike life. Food and accommodation are provided freely to those who come for these conferences.

I've met Pastor Zac. He is a great man of God who has planted 40 churches in India. You would be wise to check out his teaching.
