if you can, pay the $100-200 to get it filled...if it's infected already, you need it extracted - maybe $120-180.
If you just "Live with" the infection, it could affect your immune system and make you sick in other ways.
Worst case scenario - the cavity becomes an infection, the infection abcesses, the abcess becomes a cellulits (swelling) which can theoretically, if ignored, swell enough to close off your airway. Take your pick...
along w/ calling welfare, try finding a dental school; this will be cheaper than private dentists...also non-profit clinics exist - i work at one in New Hampshire.
I'm amused by the guy who answered "go see your doctor." A lot of people who can't afford a dentist don't have insurance - dental or medical, so they can't do that either. At least in the US....

Well i have two teeth with cavities and experienced extreme extreme pain from them both. I didn't get either of them pulled because i would rather experience that painful painful painful pain forever other then pay out from dentist work out of my pocket. But the pain in both has stopped and the teeth have now started to chip away. The pain will stop and then you can keep it from coming back by keeping the candy and sugary sweets to a minimum and using an anti cavity toothpaste not one that promises fresh breath but one that says ANTI CAVITY! And if you ever want to get the tooth pulled it would of costed less to get the teeth pulled when the cavity was first noticed because now the dentist will have to cut into your gum to remove it and the root because the tooth will break if the dentist tries to pull it out. Keep your mouth clean and no sweets. Be careful not to get it infected and if you notice a lump on your gum then just go to the dentist because a tooth infection could kill you because it can spread to other parts of the body. I risked it because i refuse to pony up the money! BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL!

Taking a tooth out is not the only treatment for a cavity. If you live close to a dental school you may be able to get dental treatment at a reduced rate. Don't worry dental students are well supervised by dental professors. Another option is to contact public hospitals in your area. Many times they have access to information about free or reduced rate dental clinics.

The cavity will continue to grow until eventually it reaches the nerve of the tooth, when this happens the tooth will effectively die and become infected causing severe pain and possibly an abscess, the tooth will smell because of the infection and removing it will be difficult if an abscess is present

Your tooth could get infected and you could die. You might try calling your local Welfare office and ask them if they know of a dentist who will take payments. I know in the state that I live in they are far and few inbetween, but they are out there.
In the meantime, go to your medical doctor and have them check your teeth to make sure they are not infected. If they are they might be able to give you some antbotics until you find a dentist.

is the cavity getting worse? chew sugar free gum until you can get back to a decent dentist. sugar free gum has something in it that usually stifles cavity growth.

approximately Rs. 2000 consistent with tooth for Root Canal, filling and capping with steel. If capping with ceramic, it's going to be extra costly. once you're saying all of the tooth have long gone, why you prefer to decide for filling and capping? Get them knocked off and decide for denture. existence time answer.

Its likely your other teeth will suffer. Teeth are not "just" teeth they effect your whole body. You can tell alot about peoples health by looking in their mouths. Why would you let your body suffer, money is money it comes and goes, teeth come and once with are gone they are gone. Put your body first, dont be stupid.
