Since if your flirting with her and she likes it then that's amazing! It has to do with the hunting of the girl you like
If a girl just starts flirting with you then that's another amazing thing since it may just be "You" that she is after nothing more nothing less and that can led to true love.

Depends on the girl, If it is girl I have no interest in I find her flirting intrusive and annoying. When it is a girl I like, I find flirting an enjoyable equal opportunity activity.
